Delivery 

All 3D design renderings will be delivered 5 to 7 business days after payment is received. 

 

Revisions 

Up to three revisions are included in the design. 

Revisions must be minimal such as removals, new materials, or relocation of items. 

 

Design Edits 

Any changes made to the design from the original consultation will be priced separately. 

* Edits start at $50 for each structural addition. 

 

Permits & Fees

The client is solely responsible for any required permitting and approvals, including but not limited to H.O.A and city permits. 

* Envision Designs is happy to assist with permitting but must be notified before the designing process. 

 

Accuracy

Designs are about 80-90% accurate based on rough dimensions taken on site. 

A survey is not required but will provide a higher level of accuracy.
